💷 Do you offer price matching?
We aim to offer great value. While we don’t guarantee price matching, we may consider it for like-for-like products sold online. Local retail store prices aren’t eligible.
♻️ Can you remove my old bed or mattress?
Yes! We offer a Mattress Collection & Recycling Service. You'll receive a 3-hour collection slot via SMS, and we’ll ensure your new bed arrives before we take the old one away.
📦 When will my order be delivered?
You’ll receive a delivery date by SMS the day before arrival. Our team will also give you a call 30 minutes before delivery. See our Free Delivery Terms for full details.
🔁 What if I ordered the wrong item?
No worries – contact us via phone or email and we’ll help correct your order quickly and hassle-free.
🛠️ Do you assemble the bed? How easy is it to put together?
We don’t offer assembly, but our beds are designed for quick setup. Most customers complete it in under 10 minutes using the included instructions. We’re happy to assist if needed.
🏠 Do you have a physical showroom?
No – we’re 100% online. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and pass savings on to you. All listings feature detailed product info and imagery to help you buy with confidence.
💳 Can I pay on delivery?
No – all items must be paid in full at checkout. Delivery is included, and you'll never be asked to pay anything extra when your items arrive.
↩️ What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return unused, unassembled items.
📦 Mattresses must remain sealed for hygiene reasons.
🛠️ Custom-made products can only be returned if faulty.
