At Ottoman Bed Store, we take just as much pride in delivering your bed as we do in making it.
Every order includes free two-man delivery to the room of your choice, anywhere on the UK mainland. Whether it’s up narrow staircases or into a loft conversion, our experienced team handles every delivery with the same care and attention that goes into our beds.
We don’t leave things at the kerb. We bring your new bed right into your home—carefully, respectfully, and without cutting corners.
Delivery usually takes place within 3–10 working days, depending on your location. Our logistics team will contact you in advance to confirm a date that suits you, and provide a clear time window so you’re not left guessing.

How Delivery Works
- Once your order is placed, here’s what happens:
- Our admin team processes your order.
- Your items are made to order in our UK factory.
- Once ready, your bed is handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
- You’ll get a call to book your delivery date.
- Our two-man team delivers your bed to the room of your choice.

All our beds, mattresses and headboards are made to your specific requirements and delivered 2-Man Room of Choice within 3-10 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.
We offer all customers an estimated lead-time, which is dependent on postcode area. This lead-time will be confirmed by our delivery partners 24-48 hours prior to your delivery slot. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the transport team can contact you.

Will I receive updates about my delivery?
Yes – once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive SMS and email updates directly from our delivery partner.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are scheduled between 7am and 7pm. You’ll receive a delivery window in advance.
Can I cancel my order before it’s delivered?
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, email info@ottomanbedstore.co.uk and we’ll process your refund within 48 hours.
